Frequently Asked Questions
We prioritize delivering clinically comprehensive and personalized diagnoses and care for every patient. The Assessment is a crucial first step, allowing us to gather the essential information needed to provide an accurate diagnostic evaluation. This ensures that any treatment recommendations—whether medication (when appropriate), therapy, or a combination of both—are specifically tailored to you. By starting with the Assessment, our licensed clinician can deliver a thorough evaluation, which is key for your PCP/psychiatrist to create the most effective, individualized care plan.
STPS delivers a comprehensive diagnostic assessment conducted by licensed clinicians committed to the highest standards of care. Our assessment leverages your responses to create a truly personalized experience. The results are widely recognized and respected by clinicians, schools, and employers alike. Each evaluation is performed and reviewed by highly qualified clinicians with doctorate-level expertise.
It will take most patients 1 to 3 hours to complete the Assessment. You may take as much time as you need.
Results are typically available within 7-14 business days, though it may take longer depending on the clinician’s workload. In some cases, you might receive your results much sooner. We recommend waiting to schedule any treatment appointments until after you’ve reviewed your results.
